Our tatreez pouches are perfect for carrying the essentials! Each bag is hand-embroidered by refugee and low-income women artisans with a traditional Palestinian tatreez design. The Safa Pouch features the "Pasha's Tent" tatreez motif ('Khiyam Al Basha' in Arabic). The design takes 5 hours for Darzah artisans to embroider.

Darzah is a non-profit offering ethically-made products. The women artisans are from the West Bank and have faced marginalization through low-income and gender inequality. Their mission is to empower these women through fair wages and comfortable working conditions.
